Journeycake Flowers is a family-run flower farm in Katy, Texas. 2.5 acres of soil, beds we’re still building, and a habit of growing what we can and sourcing what we can’t yet. Until every row blooms, we’re at the cart and at your door.
Hi, I’m Heather
I started Journeycake Flowers because the table felt empty without flowers on it.
For years I’d grab grocery-store bouquets on the way home and think, “these will be in the trash in three days.” I wanted something better. Something local, something seasonal, something I could explain.
So in 2026 I started Journeycake Flowers. A small studio. A cart on the weekends. Porch planters by appointment. A subscription if you want flowers in your house all the time.
Everything is hand-arranged by me. Nothing dyed. Nothing pre-made. Just flowers that smell like flowers.

The farm
We’re slowly building the beds.
2.5 acres just outside Katy. Snapdragons, ranunculus, dahlias, zinnias, sweet peas. Things you don’t see in grocery-store bouquets. Things that smell like something.
Subscribers get first dibs when the rows bloom. Farm visits, pick-your-own days, full-bucket pickups. If you want on the list, drop us a note.

Local delivery within Katy and nearby zips. Cypress, Fulshear, Richmond, and parts of west Houston. Delivery fee varies by distance.
Porch planters
We deliver, plant, and stage. Available throughout the greater Katy area. Lead time about one week from inquiry.
Events
Graduations, showers, holidays. Greater Houston area, two-week minimum lead time for full event arrangements.
